As the Owner/Broker of PLUS Property Management of Bend, Oregon, I am committed to ensuring our customers receive the most professional service available. With over 36 years in the industry, I feel real estate is the best investment vehicle for economic growth and tax deferment. However, so that owners may take full advantage of their investment, they must employ professional property management services with an emphasis on reliable communication and attention to detail. We are proud of our record of consistently taking the steps necessary to ensure that our customers’ needs are met, and their assets protected. Our job is to manage properties as if they were our own. PLUS Property Management is pleased to serve the Central Oregon region with full service property management. Originally founded in 1983, our business has steadily grown due to the referrals we receive from our landlords and tenants.

PLUS is a full-service company blending the latest in technology and old fashion service. We understand you have choices in property management companies and strive to provide excellent service. Each owner has different needs and our staff is carefully trained to listen to your needs, and in return, serve you well.

We have implemented a state-of-the-art software system that allows both owners and tenants to view their PLUS Property Management account, with password control access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We receive rental payments electronically through automatic bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, and money orders. Tenants are afforded the ability to pay at any time and from anywhere, resulting in fewer late fees and owners receiving their funds in a timely manner.

In Central Oregon, we manage residential real estate, both single family and multi-family. Each office has a manager with extensive knowledge of the area and longevity with the company.
